Shipping Policy
Pelindaba Lavender Ashland is currently open daily 11am to 5pm for local in-store or curbside pick up. Free local delivery offered to a Jackson County address within 48 hours. Our preferred carrier is USPS using one of their Priority Mail services wherever possible. This includes an estimated delivery window of 1-3 days and $100 of insurance. Orders are packaged for shipping within two business days. Orders taken during the weekend may not be picked up by the carrier until Monday should the Post Office be closed on Saturday and Sunday. You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Refund Policy
Original receipt required for exchanges and returns within 30 days of original purchase. Exchanges and returns may be refunded by in-store credit.
If, for whatever reason, your experience of our products is unsatisfactory please let us know so that we may endeavor to remedy the situation.
